Mark Edward Sattler was formally charged July 17 with kidnapping, aggravated burglary of a dwelling, conspiracy to commit aggravated burglary of a dwelling, aggravated assault, and criminal threat. The charges stem from a July 8 incident in Florence.

Matthew Ian Sinnett was formally charged July 24 with misdemeanor theft.
