Harold D. Pippin, 20, Topeka, was formally charged Sept. 17 with fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement and possession or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor.

Noah W. Loethen, 19, Topeka, was formally charged Sept. 17 with attempting to elude police.

Johnny A. Dolph, 45, Florence, was formally charged Sept. 18 with making a criminal threat.

Dennis A. Meyers, 43, Hillsboro, was formally charged Sept. 18 with domestic battery and criminal damage to property.

Alec John Smith was formally charged Sept. 20 with driving under the influence, possession or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor, and driving on the left side in a no-passing zone.

Sammy G. Maddox, 42, Hillsboro, was formally charged Sept. 20 with criminal possession of a firearm and interference with law enforcement.

Christopher Hill was formally charged Sept. 20 with giving a worthless check.

Gavin J. Shields, 31, Herington, was formally charged Sept. 20 with stalking and criminal trespass.

James Bradley Brown was bound over for trial on charges of possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, trespass, and disorderly conduct Sept. 5.

Brianna Lanae Stoetzl was bound over for trial on a charge of interference with law enforcement Sept. 5.

Alexander Ryan Barlow was convicted Aug. 6 of six counts of criminal use of a financial card. Three counts of criminal use of a financial card and 10 counts of theft were dismissed.
