Matthew K. Kangas was formally charged Aug. 23 with traffic of contraband in a correctional facility.

Susan Kangas was formally charged Aug. 23 with traffic of contraband in a correctional facility.

Franklin M. Davis was formally charged Aug. 23 with six counts of violation of a protection from stalking order.

Joyce E. Loomis was formally charged Aug. 24 with two counts of criminal trespass.

Daisyanna L. Mitchell was formally charged Aug. 28 with possession of marijuana, driving while license canceled, and speeding.

Leslie B. McFadden was formally charged Aug. 30 with domestic battery.

Trial dates for Allen D. Washburn were set for Oct. 4 and 5. He is charged with residential burglary, two counts of felony theft, damage to property, and misdemeanor theft. Marion County charges stem from a Dec. 27 incident at the residence of Merle and Michelle Flaming that was part of a multi-state crime spree.

Charges of possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia filed against Joshua W. Marshall were dismissed Aug. 28.

Eduardo Gandara pleaded no contest Aug. 20 to possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to six months’ probation and ordered to pay $150 court costs and $45 booking fee.

Matthew C. Hewitt on Aug. 2 was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia and sentenced to a year’s probation.

Richard K. Stone on Aug. 2 was found incompetent to stand trial.

Donald J. McCullough pleaded not guilty Aug. 21 to interference with a law enforcement officer.

Timothy E. Hahn had his probation revoked Aug. 21 and was ordered to serve 18 days in jail.
