Gregory L. Fillmore was formally charged Aug. 8 with aggravated domestic battery, stalking, criminal restraint, four counts of violation of a protective order, trespass and assault. In a separate case filed the same day, he was charged with stalking, violation of a protective order and trespass.

Steve A. Kahn, Hillsboro, was formally charged Aug. 10 with five counts of sexual exploitation of a child and five counts of promoting obscenity to minors. The charges stem from possessing a visual depiction of a child engaging in sexually explicit conduct and providing obscene material to a child.

Edwin Klenda was sentenced July 24 to 30 days in jail and a year’s probation for sexual battery.
