The following information has been filed in the criminal division of Marion County District Court:

Anthony R. Buchanan, criminal threat, criminal restraint; arraignment at 11 a.m. Nov 3.

Eric J. Williams, aggravated assault, disorderly conduct; hearing at 9:45 Nov. 3.

Trent A. Elmquist, worthless check for less than $1,000.

Larry E. Klein, misdemeanor theft.

Barbara C. Diaz, worthless check less than $1,000.

Margaret E. Laskie, worthless check less than $1,000.

Jordan Voth, purchase/consumption of alcoholic liquor/CMB by a minor; defendant sentenced to a controlling sentence of 30 days in the custody of Marion County Sheriff to be consecutive to all other sentences; sentence was suspended and defendant placed on immediate supervised probation with a court services officer for a period of 12 months; ordered to serve 48 hours in the county jail for every positive drug/alcohol test, refusal to submit, or admission of usage; complete 20 hours of community service work; no contact with Jacob Shrag, obtain an updated drug and alcohol evaluation and comply with all recommendations; the defendant may use Park City evaluation if he provides a copy to his probation officer; driving privileges shall be suspended for a period of 30 days upon notification of the state; pay court costs of $137, probation fee of $25, a fine of $200, and a booking fee of $45.
