Zach Jost, criminal damage to property more than $1,000 but less than $25,000, possession of stolen property with value of more than $1,000 but less than $25,000, criminal trespass; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. March 23.

Jenny Marie Herzet, two counts of worthless check less than $1,000; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. March 16.

Kara Holt, possession of hallucinogenic, purchase/consumption of alcoholic liquor/CMB by minor; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. March 16.

Kenneth J. Schwendiman, mistreatment of dependent adult more than $1,000 but less than $25,000; bond appearance at 10:30 a.m. March 23.

Kimberly Cason, worthless check less than $1,000; dismissed without prejudice, defendant had paid restitution and court costs in full.

Eric J. Williams, jury trial at 8:30 a.m. May 21.

Cassandra A. Scheuerman, criminal deprivation of a motor vehicle; dismissed case with prejudice pursuant to plea in another criminal case. Costs assessed to the state.

Howard C. Pennington, status hearing at 9:45 a.m. April 14.
