The following information has been filed in the criminal division of Marion County District Court:

Kimberly, J. Cason, worthless check of less than $1,000; first appearance at 10:30 a.m. March 2.

James Andrew Woods Sr., preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. March 18.

Pamela M. Maag, case dismissed without prejudice, defendant had paid court costs, restitution, and booking fee in full.

Troy L. Peterson, preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. March 18.

Bartholomew M. Peace, case dismissed without prejudice and assessed court costs to the state.

Sarah Elizabeth Hunter, sentenced to 90 days in the custody of Marion County Sheriff, which was suspended, placed on immediate supervised probation for one year, ordered to pay court costs of $137, probation fee of $25, and court-appointed attorney fees. Defendant shall pay restitution of $273 to Peabody Police Department.

Matthew A. Hosey, defendant sentenced to 60 days in the custody of Marion County Sheriff, which was suspended, placed on immediate supervised probation for one year, ordered to pay court costs of $137 and probation fee of $25.

Michael W. Roble, defendant sentenced to 10 days in the custody of Marion County Sheriff, which was suspended, placed on immediate supervised probation for six months, ordered to pay court costs of $137, probation fee of $25, booking fee of $45, a fine of $150, and court-appointed attorney fees.
