Jenny Marie Herzet, original charge of felony theft was amended to theft value $1,000 to less than $25,000.
Jon C. Gibbons, possession of hallucinogenics, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia, criminal use of weapons, driving while license was suspended, transporting an open container; first appearance hearing at 10:30 a.m. Oct. 14.
Calvin Ray Maurer, possession of hallucinogenics, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; upon motion of the county attorney the case was dismissed without prejudice and court costs were assessed to the state.
Patricia Woolridge, criminal use of a financial card, theft value less than $1,000; upon motion of the county attorney the case was dismissed without prejudice and court costs and court-appointed attorney fees were assessed to the state.
Jessie Voss, court found defendant was indigent or partially indigent and reaffirmed appointment of attorney Don Snapp, bond was reset at $5,000; preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. Nov. 5.
Matthew A. Hosey, motion hearing rescheduled to 10 a.m. Nov 24.
Jordan Reid Allen, possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogenics, steroids, purchase/consumption of alcoholic liquor/CMB by a minor (violation date of March 6); arraignment hearing rescheduled to 9:45 a.m. Oct 6.
Michael S. Fuhr, endangering a child under the age of 18, furnishing alcohol to a minor, purchase/consumption of alcoholic liquor/CMB by a minor; defendant pleaded no contest to count three, upon motion of county attorney, counts one and two were dismissed; defendant was sentenced to a controlling sentence of 30 days in the custody of the Marion County Sheriff, defendant to serve said time and will run concurrent to McPherson County sentence, court suspended sentence until McPherson County sentence begins, ordered to pay court costs of $137, court-appointed attorney fees as determined by the court, and a fine of $200, defendant to set up a payment plan as part of his parole plan and defendants driving privileges suspended for 30 days.

Dominic Louie Voelker, original charge of theft value of at least $25,000 but less than $100,000 was amended to theft value of at least $1,000 but less than $25,000, original charge of criminal trespass was amended to theft value of at least $1,000 but less than $25,000; upon motion of the county attorney the case was dismissed without prejudice and costs were assessed to the state.
Jarome D. Creed, court reinstated the defendant’s diversion agreement.

Aaron W. Redburn, original charges of possession of stolen property value more than $500 amended to criminal deprivation of property, theft value less than $1,000 (violation date of May 7, 2007); motion to revoke probation, 11:30 a.m. Oct. 27.
