Charges against Trevor Fugitt were amended Dec. 20 from rape of a child younger than 14 to aggravated indecent liberties with a child younger than 14. Fugitt had made a plea agreement in December 2015 that resulted in a sentence of 12 years in prison. Charges were reduced after a co-defendant in the case made a plea agreement reducing his charges to aggravated indecent liberties and was sentenced to 5 years in prison. Original charges, filed July 22, 2015, were rape and aggravated endangerment of a child.
