Melissa Nicole Fisher, 625 S. Freeborn St., Marion, domestic battery and disorderly conduct, sentenced April 12 to two controlled sentences totaling 40 days, 12-months supervised probation, allowed to have contact with Jason Anderson, probation may be transferred to Sedgwick County, supervised probation may be converted to unsupervised after six months if CSO believes it to be appropriate, $263; defendant may work off amount of sums owed with community service work hours at the rate of $7 an hour.

Gavin Shields, 2569 300th Rd., Lincolnville, possession of methamphetamines, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed April 8 without prejudice.

Wilbur Smith, 607 N. D St., Ramona, possession of methamphetamines, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed April 7 without prejudice.
