Cary W. Leonard, 304 SE 4th St., Newton, motion to revoke probation, sentenced Jan. 25 to 10 days in custody of sheriff, to be served in 48 hour periods, ordered to report for first 48 hour period Jan. 29. Upon completion of jail time, case will terminate unsuccessfully, $600. In separate case also for a motion to revoke probation, sentenced Jan. 25 to 10 days in custody of sheriff, to be served in 48 hour periods, and to begin after completion of all time served with other case. Case will terminate unsuccessfully after completion of jail time.

Cyle Lee Wilson, 305 S. Lincoln St., Marion, guilty of interference with law enforcement and assault. Sentenced Nov. 23 to serve 48 hours in custody of sheriff (to be served concurrent to traffic case), sentences suspended for 12 months’ probation, including 48 hours in jail. Mandatory drug and alcohol testing with 48 additional hours in jail for each failed or refused test. Other conditions include not entering liquor stores, no drinking, no drug usage, and no unlicensed driving. Defendant has 60 days to obtain employment. If not working more than 30 hours a week within 60 days, must perform 100 hours of community service, up to 10 hours per week (such condition is concurrent to community service ordered in traffic case). Defendant must pay all fees as owed as set up by a payment plan established by court services officer. In separate case, driving under the influence and transportation of open container, sentenced to six months for DUI, and five days for transportation of open container, sentences suspended for 12 months’ probation, including 48 hours in jail. Mandatory drug and alcohol testing with 48 additional hours in jail for each failed or refused test. Other conditions include not entering liquor stores, no drinking, no drug usage, and no unlicensed driving. If not working more than 30 hours a week within 60 days, must perform 100 hours of community service, up to 10 hours per week. Must follow recommendations of drug and alcohol evaluation. Fined $1,163 including costs under payment plan.
