Eric J. Williams, 115 W. 3rd St., Florence, found guilty Dec. 8 of criminal trespass; count of pedestrian under the influence dismissed with prejudice. Sentenced to 30 days controlled sentence (to receive credit for time served on Nov. 21), $203.

Christopher L. Daniel, 200 S. Lincoln, Marion, pleaded not guilty Nov. 23 to disorderly conduct. Pretrial conference was scheduled for Dec. 29.

Stephen A. Mumford, 100 W. Jefferson St., Marion, found guilty Dec. 7 of possession of methamphetamines, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia, sentencing scheduled for Feb. 1.

Aris Lynn Dehart, 107 SW Franklin St., Topeka, found guilty Nov. 16 of possession of methamphetamines; count of interfering with law enforcement officer dismissed with prejudice. Sentencing was scheduled for Jan. 4.

Clifton Richmond, 135 N. Freeborn St., Marion, placed back on 12 months of supervised probation Nov. 16, ordered to obtain drug and alcohol test within 30 days.

Caleb M. Kidd, 958 2500 Rd., White City, found guilty Nov. 16 of probation violation, to serve 90 day controlled sentence, must pay sums owed within 30 days of release.
