Stacie Ann Daniel, 200 S. Lincoln St., Marion, disorderly conduct, case dismissed Nov. 4 without prejudice.

Patrick Egan, 123 Nickerson St., Burns, domestic battery, interference with law officer, misdemeanor theft, sentenced to controlled sentence of 30 days beginning Dec. 29, and upon completion of jail time shall be discharged unsuccessfully from probation, must pay $698 plus any additional costs and fees within 60 days of release.

Cynthia Kay Taylor, 416 S. Main St., Hillsboro, interference with law enforcement officer dismissed Nov. 23 without prejudice.

Aaron Douglas Unruh, 301 W. Main St., Marion, pleaded not guilty Dec. 7 to one count battery against a law enforcement officer, one count interference with a law enforcement officer, one count disorderly conduct, and one count lewd and lascivious behavior. Pretrial conference scheduled for Jan. 4.

Andrew Michael Schaefer, 1671 300th Rd., Lincolnville, pleaded not guilty Nov. 2 to one count misdemeanor theft. Pre-trial conference was scheduled for Dec. 7.

Dirk Young, 415 N. Freeborn St., Marion, pleaded no contest Nov. 23 to probation violation, sentencing scheduled for Dec. 29.

Gavin Shields, 2569 300th Rd., Lincolnville, pleaded not guilty Dec. 7 to one count assault, pretrial conference was scheduled for Jan. 4.

Carl Leonard, 304 SE 4th St., Newton, court found violated probation Dec. 8, disposition was scheduled for Dec. 29.
