Amber Jackson, 302 N. Ash St., Hillsboro, charges amended Nov. 9 from interference with law enforcement to attempted interference with law enforcement.

Christopher Allen Schafer, 621 Douglas St., Durham, pleaded guilty Aug. 19 to sexual battery. Sentencing was scheduled for Sept. 4, then changed at defendant’s request to Oct. 21.

Brett Deard Perrymore, 112 W. Division St., Peabody, pleaded guilty Sept. 8 to one count criminal use of a financial card; charges dismissed in exchange for pleas was misdemeanor theft dismissed with prejudice. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation which can switch to unsupervised after all fees are paid in full, must pay $649.11 in fees, which includes $386.11 in restitution to Paulette Perrymore, must report to sheriff’s office for finger printing within 60 days of sentencing.

Julio Cesar Vizcarra, 1003 Marion St., Florence, probation violation hearing Sept. 28, probation not revoked, assigned to community corrections supervision for 6 months.
