Lyle Lee Ledford, 1020 S. Kansas, Newton, was sentenced May 12 to 60 days in jail for probation violation and failure to report as directed, to remain drug and alcohol free, to gain and maintain employment, to obtain approved drug/alcohol evaluation, to notify supervising officer of residency change, to remain crime free, and to notify supervising officer of law enforcement contact, given credit for four days. Sentence effective beginning May 8.

Donald Dean Litherland Jr., 618 SW Western, Apt B, Topeka, was sentenced June 1 to 12 months supervised probation and ordered not to visit liquor stores; possession of methamphetamines, marijuana, paraphernalia, second DUI and expired vehicle registration. Fines total $3,233.
