James Wullenweber, 216 N. Washington St., Hillsboro, charge of battery changed to disorderly conduct, brawling, Feb. 24.

Eliseo Garcia Jr., 2309 1st Ave., Apt. 24, Dodge City, convicted of fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer, sentenced Jan. 27 to 12 months probation, fined $1,258.

Derek Scheuerman, 1412 S. Roosevelt St., Marion, issued contempt-of-court citation Feb. 23 for failure to appear.

Lance Levealle Carter, 316 S. Washington St., Hillsboro, pleaded no contest Feb. 23 to battery, sentenced to 12 months supervised probation, can become unsupervised after six months with good behavior, ordered to have no contact with victim Manuel Michael Pineda, continue counseling, and serve 14 hours community service, $263.

Brett A. Rohloff, 209 N. 6th St., Wilsey, charge of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute amended Feb. 24 to possession of marijuana.

Michael W. Pearson, 135 N. Freeborn St., Marion, charges of domestic battery and disorderly conduct, brawling, amended Feb. 23 to battery with a domestic violence distinction, defendant not ordered to undergo domestic violence assessment.

Cory Allen Brunzell, 116 N. Jefferson St., Hillsboro, charge of electronic solicitation amended Feb. 24 to lewd and lascivious behavior, public exposure of sex organ to non-consenting individual under 16 years of age.
