Bree A. Fryman, 413 S. Fourth St., Marion, pleaded no contest Nov. 18 to possession of methamphetamine; in exchange counts of obstruction of official duty and possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed, sentenced Jan. 5 to 18 months of probation and drug treatment.
Andrew Schaefer, 321 W. Santa Fe St., Marion, pleaded guilty Nov. 3 to unlawful voluntary sexual relations, sentencing was to be Jan. 5.
Patrick Egan, 123 Nickerson St., Burns, pleaded not guilty Jan. 13 to domestic battery, misdemeanor theft, and interference with law enforcement, pre-trial status set for Feb. 18.
Nikki Jo Bell, 502 N. Cedar St., Marion, pleaded no contest Jan. 21 to disorderly conduct, sentencing set for Feb. 23.
Justin Croft, 518 N. Lawrence, Durham, charges amended Feb. 11 from battery to disorderly conduct.
Joseph Lee Habluetzel, 212 Vine St., Peabody, pleaded no contest Jan. 14 to disorderly conduct, sentenced to 10 days in jail, unsupervised probation for 10 months, $303.
Lucas Tullis, 124 Poplar St., pleaded no contest Jan. 5 to theft, possession of marijuana, criminal carrying of a weapon, and two counts of criminal trespass, sentencing was to be Feb. 11.
