Donald Dean Litherland Jr., 518 SW Western Ave., Apt. B, Topeka, pleaded no contest Dec. 15 to possession of methamphetamines and driving under the influence; counts of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving with expired registration dismissed with prejudice pursuant to plea, sentencing scheduled for Feb. 11.

Eliseo Garcia Jr., 2309 1st St., Apt. 24, Dodge City, pleaded no contest Dec. 15 to fleeing or eluding a law enforcement officer; in exchange, counts of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, driving on the left side at crest of grade, driving the wrong way on a one-way street, circumvention of an ignition interlock, stop sign violation, speeding (135 in a 65 mph zone), and failure to provide notice of a change of address or name dismissed with prejudice pursuant to plea, sentencing scheduled for Feb. 11.

Mindy Sue Herpich, 302 Marion St., Lehigh, charges of battery dismissed without prejudice Dec. 15, costs assessed to the state.

Ty Lane Wood, 9 N. F St., Herington, pleaded no contest Dec. 15 to possession of drug paraphernalia, found guilty, sentenced to six months supervised probation, $448.

Kimberly Joy Funk, 209 SW 5th St., Newton, pleaded no contest Dec. 17 to criminal deprivation of property, found guilty, sentenced to six months supervised probation, prohibited from entering Alco in Hillsboro, prohibited from contacting Jessica Ramsey, fined $263, ordered to pay $491.48 restitution to Alco jointly with Ramsey.

Johney R. Strotkamp, 204 W. Main St., Burns, pleaded guilty Dec. 18 to violating the Kansas Offender Registration Act, found guilty, sentencing scheduled for Feb. 11, similar charge in a separate case dismissed with prejudice pursuant to plea, costs of that case assessed to the state.

Lance Levealle Carter, 316 S. Washington St., Hillsboro, charges of aggravated battery and disorderly conduct, brawling, amended Jan. 5 to battery.

Cyle Wilson, 127 Forest St., Marion, charges of aggravated assault amended Jan. 7 to interference with a law enforcement officer and assault.
