Michael W. Pearson, 135 N. Freeborn St., Marion, entered into a six-month diversion agreement Sept. 24 on a charge of disorderly conduct, charges to be dismissed upon completion of agreement.

Daniel Lee Kopfman, 4314 Pearl St., Kansas City, Kansas, issued controlling sentence totaling 90 days Sept. 4 for charges of possession of Adderall (methamphetamine), circumvention of an ignition interlock, and possession of hallucinogenic mushrooms, sentenced to 12 months supervised probation and 20 hours of community service, assessed fees totaling $663.

Shane A. Mascareno, 108 N. Ninth St., Herington, pleaded no contest Sept. 3 and convicted of a charge of vehicular homicide in the death of Zachariah Antoszyk.

Leslie W. Coker, 3033 S. Fern Ave., Wichita, probation revoked, disposition hearing set for Oct. 14.

Brett Dee Harvey, 401 N. Ash St. No. 1, Hillsboro, pleaded not guilty Sept. 9 to charges of providing alcohol to minors and hosting minors who were consuming alcohol. Jury trial scheduled for Jan. 8.

Miranda Ann Barnett, pleaded no contest to possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia Sept. 9. Six charges of possession of stolen property dismissed with prejudice.

James Mathew Bryan Kirkwood, 574 US-56, Garfield, charges of possession of marijuana, possession of a depressant (Dronabinol), and possession of a depressant (Xanax) dismissed without prejudice Sept. 9.

Justin R. Bowley, 718 S. Elm St., McPherson, violated probation, to serve 20 days in custody of Marion County Sheriff.

Shanna J. Zampieri, 319 S. Cedar St., Marion, motion to revoke probation withdrawn Sept. 15.
