Dulce Judith Nevarez, 1314 Highland St., Emporia; pleaded not guilty Aug. 4 to possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Status hearing was to be Sept. 9.

Michael Myers, 301 S. Roosevelt St., Marion; pleaded not guilty Aug. 6 to disorderly conduct. Status hearing was to be Sept. 17.

Cody Lance Fistler, 122 Virginia Ave., Lyons; pleaded guilty Aug. 20 to possession of methamphetamine, pleaded guilty to possession of stolen property, pleaded no contest to a separate charge of possession of stolen property. Sentenced to a total underlying sentence of 40 months and 18 months drug treatment and 12 months probation with a community corrections officer.

Ethan Wayne Campbell, 3920 N. Hillside Rd., Newton; pleaded not guilty Aug. 18 to two charges of violating Kansas Offenders Registration Act. Pretrial status hearing was to be Sept. 15.

Gerald Dean Hager, 210 Miller St., Marion; controlling sentence of six months set Aug. 19, sentenced to 12 months of supervised probation, fined a total of $1,487.44 for possession of marijuana and failure to wear a seatbelt.

Leslie O. Riggs, 1094 X Ranch Rd., Lincolnville; motion to revoke probation withdrawn, case dismissed.

Andrea Dean Hendicks, 210 Miller St., Marion; pleaded not guilty Aug. 19 to possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia, and transport of an open container of alcohol. Pretrial status hearing was to be Sept. 9.

Christopher Nicholas Spurgeon, 5324 Nieman Rd., Shawnee; pleaded not guilty Aug. 19 to possession of marijuana. Jury trial set for Dec. 16.

Tyler John Slater, 586 Needle Rd., Peabody; transport of an open container of alcohol, case dismissed Aug. 19.

Henry John William Wiebe, 411 S. Vine St., Peabody; controlling sentence of 30 days handed down Sept. 9, sentenced to 12 months supervised probation, fined a total of $263.

Willard Lee Davis IV, 744 Charles St., Salina; pleaded no contest Aug. 20 to possession of marijuana, charge of possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed. Controlling sentence of 30 days issued, sentenced to 12 months supervised probation, fined a total of $263.

Taylor Rheanne Brown, 744 Charles St., Salina; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, case dismissed Aug. 20.

Tabetha Kay Smith, 152 7th St., Phillipsburg; convicted Aug. 20 of misdemeanor theft, criminal trespassing, pleaded no contest to charges. Sentencing set for Oct. 1.

Jennifer Lynn Humphrey, charged with felony theft, case dismissed Aug. 20.

Mathew Charles Mickey, 313 N. Madison St., Hillsboro; sentenced to 60 days in custody of Marion County Sheriff, to be followed by 12 months supervised probation for charges of criminal threat, battery of a law enforcement officer, felony theft, misdemeanor theft, nonresidential burglary, criminal damage to property, two charges of disorderly conduct.
