The following information has been filed in criminal division of Marion County District Court:

Christopher G. Cumming, worthless check less than $1,000; first appearance hearing, 10:30 a.m. May 24.

George L. Klinger, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use; motion hearing, 3:15 p.m. July 13.
