The following information has been filed in criminal division of Marion County District Court:

Janet Zeiner, criminal use of financial card less than $1,000; first appearance hearing, 11 a.m. April 26.

Kelly Mahlon Hawkins, two counts distributing certain hallucinogenic drugs; preliminary hearing, 10 a.m. May 5.

Steven L. Schriner, criminal damage to property more than $1,000 but less than 25,000; first appearance hearing, 11 a.m. April 26.

Stacey Alan Deines, failure to register as a sex offender; preliminary hearing, 10 a.m. May 5.

Daniel Zinn, domestic battery; plea agreement, case dismissed without prejudice and court costs assessed to the state.

Henry James Hammann, criminal damage to property; diversion agreement ordered defendant to pay court costs of $138, a surcharge of $10, restitution of $146.17, and court-appointed attorney fees of $150.

Jennilee Rose Preece, theft value less than $1,000; defendant plead guilty and was sentenced to six months in the custody of the Marion County Sheriff, 12 months supervised probation, court costs $138, surcharge $10, probation fee $25, booking fee $45, and restitution $22.

Kevin L. Clegg, two counts criminal threat, sale or possession with intent to sell hallucinogenic drugs, no tax stamp for marijuana or controlled substance, and possession of controlled substances or drug paraphernalia; arraignment hearing, 1:15 p.m. April 26.
