The following information has been filed in criminal division of Marion County District Court:

Sydnie E. Flint, two counts of worthless check less than $1,000; case dismissed without prejudice, court costs assessed to the state, and defendant will pay restitution of $146.20.

Lloyd D. Meier, disorderly conduct; defendant entered into a diversion agreement, ordered to have no contact with the victim, obtain a mental health evaluation, pay a diversion fee of $125, court costs of $138, and surcharge of $10, agreement will terminate within a year.

Adam A. Miller, abuse of a child under the age of 18; motion hearing 11:14 a.m. March 22.
