Melvin C. Reimer, pleaded guilty to possession of a hallucinogenic; defendant sentenced to a controlling sentence of 90 days in the custody of Marion County Sheriff which was suspended; he was placed on immediate supervised probation with a court services officer for six months; the probation will convert to unsupervised probation after 90 days if probation officer agrees. Defendant ordered to serve 48 hours in the county jail for every positive drug or alcohol test, refusal to submit, or admission of usage, complete eight hours of community service, and pay court costs of $138, a surcharge of $10, probation fee of $25, booking fee of $5, and court-appointed attorney fees as determined by the court.
