Criminal damage to property
Between 5 p.m. June 16 and 8 a.m. June 17, a window was broken at bathroom building at Marion Cemetery. Nothing was taken and the building was not entered. The building is owned by the City of Marion. The broken window was estimated at $100.
Thefts
Wesley Koehn of Bruce Oil Company, McPherson, reported the theft of oil from storage tanks in the 2000 block of 30th Road, Burns, on July 15. The loss was valued at $6,300.
A pack of cigarettes was removed from the residence of Michele L. Bailey, 311 B St., Ramona, and reported July 18. The loss was valued at $6.
Domestic battery
A couple living together in the 700 block of East Hudson Street, Marion, got into an argument at 5 a.m. July 17.
Criminal trespass
Fred Sheridan, 111 Maria St., Lehigh, reported July 18 someone had killed frogs on his homemade trailer, staining the floor of the trailer. The loss was estimated at $500.
