Layton Edward Keegan Tapscott, criminal trespass; defendant pleaded guilty and was sentenced to a controlling sentence of 30 days in the custody of the Marion County Sheriff, which was suspended and defendant was placed on immediate supervised probation for 12 months which can be converted to unsupervised probation after six months, ordered to complete 100 hours of community service work, and pay court costs of $136, surcharge $17.50, probation fee $60, booking fee $45, restitution $561.56, and court-appointed attorney fee $522.
