Christopher J. Couts, burglary, theft less than $1,000, criminal trespass, and purchase or consumption of alcohol by a minor; preliminary hearing, 10 a.m. Aug. 4.

Eric J. Williams, cruelty to animals, intentional kill, torture, maim; preliminary hearing, 10 a.m. Aug. 18.

Nathan R. Walker, failure to register as an offender; bond appearance, 3:30 p.m. July 19.

Haylee Raye Stewart, arson of non-dwelling structure without consent of the owner; bond appearance, 10:30 a.m. July 13.

Bill A. Rose, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs with one prior conviction, obstruction of legal process, fleeing or attempt to elude a law enforcement officer, and driving while license suspended; preliminary hearing, 10 a.m. Aug. 18.

Ricky Dale LeShure, cruelty to animals, intentional kill, torture, maim; preliminary hearing, 10 a.m. Aug. 4.

Jason Anderson, manufacturing of a controlled substance, possession of ephedrine or precursor with intent for unlawful use, possession of certain hallucinogenic drug, and possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use; preliminary hearing, 10 a.m. Aug 18.

Nickolas H. Herpich, disorderly conduct; defendant entered into a diversion agreement and was ordered to pay a diversion fee of $125, court costs $138, surcharge $10, and court-appointed attorney fee $187.50.

Christopher R. McQuery, possession of certain hallucinogenic drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, no liability insurance, and speeding; defendant pleaded guilty and was sentenced to a controlling sentence of six months in custody of the Marion County Sheriff for count one, immediate supervised probation for one year, and was ordered to pay court costs of $138, surcharge $17.50, booking fee $45, probation fee $25, and court-appointed attorney fees $601.10.

Brian E. Griffith, possession of opiates, opium, or narcotic drugs, possession of hallucinogenic, possession of simulated controlled substances or drug paraphernalia, and driving under the influence; defendant pleaded guilty and was sentenced to a controlling sentence of six months in custody of the Marion County Sherriff for count two, six months for count four, immediate supervised probation for one year, and pay court costs of $138, surcharge $17.50, fine $500, probation fee $25, A.S.A.P. fee $150, K.B.I. lab fee $400, and booking fee $45.
