Chase D. Freeborn, charged and convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, was tried in Peabody Municipal Court, filed notice of appeal of conviction; status hearing, 9:45 a.m. Dec. 7.

Jordan Reid Allen, theft value less than $1,000 (violation date of Nov. 5); first appearance hearing held and defendant was found indigent or partially indigent; attorney David Stucky was appointed; summons is to continue; arraignment hearing, 10:15 a.m. Dec. 9.

Amanda Ann Marler, worthless check less than $1,000; first appearance hearing, 10:30 a.m. Dec. 7.

Kevin A. Marler, worthless check less than $1,000; first appearance hearing, 10:30 a.m. Dec. 7.

Theresa Lea Graham, two counts of worthless check less than $1,000; first appearance hearing, 10:30 a.m. Dec. 7.

Terry Scheuerman, criminal threat, two counts of criminal trespass, and two counts of disorderly conduct (violation date of Oct. 15); bond appearance hearing held; preliminary hearing, 9:30 a.m. Dec. 2.

Jordan Reid Allen, theft value of less than $1,000 (violation date of Nov. 3); court found defendant indigent or partially indigent and appointed attorney David Stucky, bond was set at $1,000 own recognizance; arraignment hearing, 10:15 a.m. Dec. 9.

Jesse C. Dempsey, preliminary hearing continued to 9:30 a.m. Dec. 2.

Kelly L. Shaft, disorderly conduct; defendant pleaded no contest and was sentenced to a 30-day controlling sentence in the custody of Marion County Sheriff which was suspended. He was placed on immediate unsupervised probation for six months, ordered to pay court costs of $138, a surcharge of $10, and booking fee of $45, and have no contact with victim.

Dustin Allen Carson, motion hearing and continuation of preliminary hearing, 9:30 a.m. Dec. 2.

Kenneth Jay Schwendiman, two counts of worthless check less than $1,000; defendant pleaded not guilty; pretrial conference hearing, 1:15 p.m. Dec. 21.

Lisa Ann Doll, disorderly conduct; first appearance hearing held; diversion status check hearing, 9:45 a.m. Dec. 7.

Delynne M. Gardner, diversion and appearance hearing, 9:45 a.m. Dec. 7.

Melvin C. Reimer, possession of hallucinogenic; arraignment hearing held and defendant pleaded not guilty; pretrial conference hearing, 9:45 a.m. Jan. 13.

Sydnie E. Flint, arraignment hearing for failure to appear, 1:15 p.m. Jan. 20.

Jacob L. Martin, arraignment hearing continued to 9 a.m. Dec. 30.

Troy Madron Jr., status hearing, 9:45 a.m. Jan. 13; jury trial scheduled to begin March 4.

Eric J. Williams, original charges were possession of hallucinogenic, domestic battery which was amended to assault, and obstructing legal process in misdemeanor case; defendant pleaded guilty to counts one and two, count three was dismissed; defendant was sentenced to a 90-day controlling sentence for count one and a 30-day controlling sentence for count two to be served concurrently with Marion County Sheriff; defendant was taken immediately into custody; all fees are to be paid within 90 days after release from custody.

Jeremy Doll, motion to revoke probation hearing, 9:45 a.m. Nov. 23.

Jenny Marie Herzet, felony theft was amended to theft value $1,000 to $25,000; defendant withdrew from plea agreement to reduced charges and made motion for court to set a jury trial.

Roy W. McGonigal, motion to revoke probation; bond appearance hearing held.
