Chase William Feucht formally charged June 23 with possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Paige R. Nelson formally charged June 26 with endangering a child and battery.

Bryan T. Grosse formally charged June 26 with battery and domestic battery.

Jerrod Abram Spottedelk formally charged June 29 with battery and disorderly conduct.

Trey Bridger Spragg formally charged June 29 with possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while his license was revoked, driving without a valid registration, improper display of a license plate, and operation of a vehicle without a tag light.

Isaac G. Hilliard formally charged June 29 with five counts of domestic battery, four counts of endangering a child, and criminal restraint. In a separate case, Hilliard was formally charged with felony child abuse.

Ally D. Barnett entered a plea agreement June 28, pleading no contest to traffic of contraband in a penal institution and a motion to revoke probation.

Douglas Bryant Eden pleaded no contest June 19 to two counts of domestic battery, violation of a protective order, and stalking. A third charge of domestic battery was dismissed June 29.

David McMenamin was sentenced June 19 to 12 months’ community correction for possession of methamphetamine and ordered to pay $658 court costs and fees.

Christopher Janzen was sentenced June 21 to four years 11 months in prison for aggravated indecent liberties with a child. In a separate case he was sentenced to four years 11 months in prison for aggravated indecent liberties with a child to be served consecutive to the first sentence. He was also ordered to pay $538 court costs and fees.

Ricky J. Boaldin’s probation on a 2015 conviction of possession of drug paraphernalia was revoked June 26. He was ordered to pay $608 to district court and serve 18 days in jail.

Jason V. Brook’s probation on a 2016 conviction of possession of methamphetamine was revoked June 5. He was ordered to serve 30 days in jail.

Patrick P. Egan was ordered June 19 to pay $363 to district court and serve 60 days in jail for not complying with terms of his probation.
