Chyna Dawn Atwell, 3014 Steven Dr., Lawrence, six-month diversion agreement entered into July 30; defendant shall obtain a drug test at own expense within 60 days of agreement, pay $418 in fees by time agreement is filed, charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia to be dismissed upon completion of agreement.

Amber Bass, 136 S. Washington St., Burns, Aug. 13, guilty of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a depressant. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation, $818.

Jennifer Lynn Humphrey, 1233 Nail Rd., Hope, attempted felony theft, interference with law enforcement, and felony theft dismissed Aug. 10 without prejudice.

Anthony Aaron Magee, 115 N. West St., Wichita, July 27, probation violation, sentenced two days in jail, probation not revoked.

Christopher Allen Schafer, 609 Douglas St., Durham, charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a child amended Aug. 9 to sexual battery.

Dirk Young, 415 N. Freeborn St., Marion, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and possession or consumption of alcohol by a minor dismissed without prejudice Aug. 25.
