This information was the most current on file in criminal division of Marion County District Court as of April 19. Information often is not available until more than a week after hearings. Journal entries must be checked by the defense, prosecution, and judge before they are filed.

Todd Michael Beneke, 219 N. 10th St., Herington; bond appearance made April 9; denied allegations in motion to revoke probation; hearing set for May 6.

Dakota Landon Dillashaw, 102 W. Santa Fe. St., Apt. 3, Marion; waived bond supervision violation hearing April 3 and stipulated to bond violation; bond set at $35,000; sentencing on a conviction of purchase or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor remains set for May 8. Made first appearance April 15 on charges of misdemeanor theft and criminal trespass; arraignment set for May 8.

Doug B. Eden, 116 W. 3rd St., Peabody; charges of domestic battery, attempted criminal restraint, and two counts criminal damage to property dismissed at preliminary hearing April 3 at request of the victim.

Douglas Bryant Eden, 116 W. 3rd St., Peabody; preliminary hearing continued from March 20 to April 3 for status hearing; charges of aggravated battery, criminal threat, domestic battery, criminal trespass, and assault dismissed April 3 at request of the victim.

James Patrick Ferguson, 724 S. Elm, Ottawa; preliminary hearing continued from April 17 to May 1 on charges of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana), possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert Scott Henderson, 602 E. 5th St., Peabody; first appearance on motion to revoke probation continued from April 1 to April 17.

Bill Earl Holcomb, 420 S. Jefferson St., Hillsboro; April 1 scheduling conference continued to May 6 for status hearing on charges of two counts possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana), two counts possession of drug paraphernalia, transportation of liquor in an open container, purchase or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor, and speeding (74 mph in a 65 mph zone).

Clinton Kidd, 309 C St., Ramona; waived formal arraignment March 25 and pleaded not guilty to charges of unlawfully hosting minors consuming alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverage and furnishing alcohol to a minor; scheduling conference set for April 15.

Cary W. Leonard, 330 E. 1st, Newton; bond appearance on motion to revoke bond held April 9; hearing on motion to revoke bond set for April 15 on charges of criminal damage to property and two counts assault.

Logan Matthew Maytum, 340 Fink St., Marion; made first appearance April 15 on charges of misdemeanor theft and criminal trespass; arraignment set for May 14.

Patricia Miller, 211 N. Jefferson St., Hillsboro; pleaded guilty under the provisions of North Carolina vs. Alford on April 10 to a charge of attempted misdemeanor theft; sentenced to 30-day controlling jail term underlying six months probation; ordered to pay $220; prohibited from entering Hillsboro ALCO.

Terry Allen Scheuerman, 319 N. Oak St., No. 14, Eureka; bench warrants issued Oct. 7 and Sept. 2, 2010, recalled April 9 on charges of aggravated assault, assault on a law enforcement officer, criminal threat, obstructing official duty, battery, criminal trespass, furnishing alcohol to a minor, and three counts disorderly conduct.

Leslie W. Coker, Wichita; arraignment continued from April 17 to April 22 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving in violation of license restrictions, circumvention of ignition interlock, and transportation of liquor in an open container.

Cody L. Fistler, 785 N. Old Mill Road, Peabody; status hearing held April 1 on charge of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked; bench trial set for May 8.

Luis C. Perez, 126 W. 6th St., Florence; hearing held April 17 on charge of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked; status hearing set for May 15.
