Cameron Douglas Alvarez, 105 S. 1st St., Herington; status hearing continued from Feb. 4 to March 13 on charges of residential burglary, three counts of felony theft, 13 counts of misdemeanor theft, and criminal damage to property.

Natasha E. Arnold, Herington; pleaded no contest Feb. 12 to charge of possession of drug paraphernalia; charge of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana) dismissed; sentenced to controlling jail term of 90 days with credit for one day served and placed on probation for 12 months; ordered to complete drug and alcohol evaluation, submit to drug testing, and pay $265.

Daniel L. Bowes, 1216 E. Boston St., Wichita; pleaded not guilty Feb. 4 to charges of two counts of felony theft and requested jury trial; jury trial set for March 21.

David B. Buller, 305 N. Ash St., Hillsboro; status hearing held Feb. 4 on charges of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia; jury trial set March 21 and motion to suppress hearing set March 4.

Justin L. Chrisjohn, 144 N. Roosevelt St., Marion; hearing held Feb. 4 on motion to revoke probation; status hearing set for March 18.

Chrisjohn; pleaded not guilty Feb. 4 to charges of driving while suspended and failure to report an accident; requested jury trial.

Thomas L. Davis, 440 Grandview, Florence; arraigned Jan. 28 on charge of domestic battery; will enter diversion; diversion status hearing set for March 4.

Dominiece Lashay Renee Hutton, 240 N. Madison, Wichita; sentencing continued from Feb. 4 to Feb. 25 on conviction of attempted theft by deception.

Mathew J. Leach, 401 E. Arnold, Herington; status hearing held Feb. 4 on charge of assault; arraignment set for March 4.

Lyle Lee Ledford, 408 W. 3rd St., Florence; arraignment continued from Feb. 12 to Feb. 25 on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended.

Chris Lieder, 313 S. Ash St., Hillsboro; pleaded not guilty Feb. 4 to charges of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia, and transporting alcohol in an open container; status hearing set for March 18.

Johnny Liles, 107 S. Elm St., Hillsboro; dismissal continued from Feb. 13 to Feb. 25 on charge of assault.

Justin M. Loomis, 201 S. 11th St., Herington; pleaded not guilty Feb. 12 to charge of possession or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor; status hearing set for Feb. 25.

Patricia Miller, 211 N. Jefferson St., Hillsboro; dismissal/status hearing continued from Feb. 12 to Feb. 26 on charge of misdemeanor theft.

Terry Monasmith, 331 N. Locust St., Marion; charges of two counts of criminal threat dismissed Feb. 6.

Tyson R. Owens-Green, 929 Clubhouse Road, McPherson; status hearing held Feb. 4 on motion to revoke probation; status hearing set for March 4.

Billy Joe Prater Jr., 420 N. Lincoln St., Marion; denied allegations of motion to revoke probation Feb. 6; hearing set for March 12.

Anthony James Radke, 303 N. B St., Ramona; pleaded not guilty Feb. 12 to charge of battery; requested jury trial; jury trial set for March 26.

Trenton Gregory Reif, 1400 E. Euclid, McPherson; sentenced Feb. 13 on conviction of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct to 100 day controlling jail term underlying 12 months probation; ordered to pay $287.76, submit to drug and alcohol testing, and complete 20 hours community service; forbidden from using alcohol or drugs, entering any establishment that makes most of its revenue from alcohol sales, and from having contact with victims.

Walt A. Sanders, 1011 Park St., Salina; jury trial continued to April 4 on charge of criminal threat.

Farrah Christine Severns, 1920 275th Road, Marion; made first appearance Jan. 28 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and criminal damage to property; arraignment set for March 4.

Tyler J. Slater, 586 Needle, Peabody; charges of two counts domestic battery, criminal damage to property, and criminal restraint dismissed Feb. 13.

Jean Luc Taylor, 900 N. Walnut St., McPherson; arraignment continued from Feb. 4 to March 18 on motion to revoke probation.

Briannia Chontae Washington, 604 Chestnut, Peabody; status hearing held Feb. 12 on charge of domestic battery; status hearing set for March 12.

Jarred J. Weems, 403 Vine St., Peabody; status hearing continued from Feb. 13 to April 9 for arraignment on charges of three counts of giving a worthless check.

Eric J. Williams, 115 W. 3rd St., Florence; pleaded not guilty Feb. 12 to charges of domestic battery and criminal damage to property; pretrial status hearing set for Feb. 25.

Timothy Robert Yinger, 609 S. Cedar St., Marion; failed to appear at arraignment Feb. 4 on charges of domestic battery and disorderly conduct; bench warrant ordered with no bond; bench warrant to be withdrawn if he contacts attorney by Feb. 6.

Lloyd Meier, 2406 190th Road, Marion; Lesa L. Jost endorsed as additional witness at Jan. 28 motion hearing on charge of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol; judgment reserved on defense’s motion to suppress until prosecution can file a response; scheduling conference set for March 12.

Kevin Neufeld, 410 W. Grand Ave., Hillsboro; failed to appear at first appearance Feb. 20 on charges of driving while suspended, transporting alcohol in an open container, and parking where prohibited; bench warrant issued with bond.

Luis C. Perez, 126 W. 6th St., Florence; arraignment continued from Feb. 13 to Feb. 20 on charge of driving while suspended.

Letisia Andablo Saldana, 605 Del Paso St. Apt. 222, Euless, Texas; failed to appear at first appearance Feb. 20 on charges of speeding in excess (93 mph in 65 mph zone) and driving while suspended; bench warrant issued with bond.
