Billy Joe Prater Jr., 420 N. Lincoln St., Marion; waived preliminary hearing Feb. 6 and was bound over on charge of aggravated indecent liberties with a child; arraignment set for March 12.

Stormy G. Snedecor, 305 S.E. 5th St., Newton; made bond appearance Feb. 19 on conviction of obtaining a prescription-only drug by fraudulent means; sentencing set for Feb. 25.

Caleb Patrick Woodcox, 1910 275th Road, Marion; waived preliminary hearing Jan. 23 and was bound over on charge of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana); arraignment set for Feb. 13.
