Benjamin Earl Keough, 103 N. Eshlman, McPherson; sentenced Nov. 19 on conviction of possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana); sentenced to controlling 60-day jail term with 12 months probation; ordered to pay $1,748.15; ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluation, submit to drug and alcohol testing, complete 20 hours community service, and obtain and maintain employment; forbidden from entering establishments that receive most of their revenue from alcohol.

Robert C. Lucas, 11919 W. Carr Court, Wichita; pleaded no-contest Dec. 3 to possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana); charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, no proof of insurance, and driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked dismissed; sentenced to 12 month jail term, concurrent with Department of Corrections term for Sedgwick County case; ordered to pay $483.40.

Charles W. Matthews, 901 W. Burns, Herington; hearing held Nov. 28 on charges of criminal damage to property and battery; plea hearing set for Dec. 11. Waived preliminary hearing Nov. 28, bound over on a charge of forgery; plea hearing set for Dec. 11. Tyson R. Owens-Green, 929 Clubhouse Road, McPherson; arraigned Dec. 3; motion to revoke probation withdrawn; status hearing set for Feb. 7.

Kevin E. Swick, 909 S.W.
