Sanders, 1011 Park St., Salina; preliminary hearing Sept. 5; bound over on charge of criminal threat, second count dismissed; arraignment set for Sept. 17; Sanders forbidden from possessing weapons or contacting Salina Tree Service; first amended complaint filed Sept. 17; charged with criminal threat.

Michael Jon Darrow, 502 S. Freeborn St., Marion; sentenced Sept. 5 on conviction of criminal trespass and obstruction of official duty; sentenced to consecutive six-month and 12-month controlling jail terms with 24 months probation; must pay $265 fines and fees; must submit to drug and alcohol testing, complete treatment and follow recommendations; must stay employed or in school; prohibited from having contact with Justin Bowley or Justin Chrisjohn.

Jesse L. Marshall, 1104 E. Luther, Wichita; failed to appear for arraignment on motion to revoke probation Sept. 12; bench warrant issued and bond revoked.

Kerrick M. Wilhelm, 421 S. Freeborn St., Marion; first appearance Sept. 12 on motion to revoke probation; arraignment set for Oct. 15.

Matthew Charles Mickey, 313 N. Madison St., Hillsboro; first appearance Sept. 12 on charge of disorderly conduct; arraignment set for Oct. 9.

Danny Fistler, 785 Old Mill Road, Peabody; first appearance Sept. 12 on charge of possession of stolen property; preliminary hearing set for Sept. 19.

Jesse Alan Branson, 215 W. 10th, Florence; first appearance Sept. 12 on charge of aggravated assault; preliminary hearing set for Oct. 3.

Ashley E. Johnson, 212 S. Date St., Hillsboro; first amended complaint filed Sept. 18; charged with domestic battery.

Douglas Edward Gable, 616 Topeka, Lincolnville; motion to withdraw no-contest plea granted Sept. 12; status hearing scheduled for Sept. 17; Gable had pleaded no-contest April 12 to possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana) and possession of paraphernalia, at that time charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of hydrocodone were dismissed.

Robert Scott Ayers, 208 Mockingbird, McPherson; charge of giving a worthless check dismissed Aug. 20.

Robert Scott Ayers, 704 W. Grand Ave., Hillsboro; agreed to diversion Aug. 20 on charge of domestic battery; diversion status check set for Sept. 17.

Trenton Duane Vogt, 8028 Vintage Terrace, Claremore, Okla.; first amended complaint filed Sept. 17; charged with obstruction of official duty, misdemeanor theft, and criminal trespass.

Jerome D. Creed, 301 Santa Fe, Marion; pleaded not guilty Aug. 20 to charges of criminal damage to property and criminal trespass; requested jury trial; status hearing set for Sept. 17. Pleaded not guilty Aug. 20 to charges of domestic battery, criminal restraint, and assault; requested jury trial; status hearing set for Sept. 17.

Delk, 1139 Limestone, Peabody; diversion agreement on charge of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol filed Sept. 20; Delk must pay $1,093 in fines and fees, complete a drug and alcohol evaluation, and refrain from drinking, using drugs, and entering businesses that make most of their money from alcohol sales; diversion duration is 12 months.

Nicole Alissa Rowley, 202 3rd, Tampa; diversion agreement on charges of driving under the influence and transporting alcohol in an open container filed Sept. 20; Rowley must pay $1,243 in fines and fees, complete a drug and alcohol evaluation, and refrain from drinking, using drugs, and entering businesses that make most of their money from alcohol sales; diversion duration is 12 months.

David B. Buller, 305 N. Ash St., Hillsboro; hearing continued from Aug. 15 to Sept. 19 on charges of driving under the influence and failure to yield while making a left turn.

Kenneth H.
