Stormy G. Snedecor, 305 S.E. 5th, Newton; preliminary hearing continued from May 2 to June 6 on a charge of obtaining a prescription-only drug by fraudulent means.

Dakota Landon Dillashaw, 409 S. Cedar St., Hillsboro; waived preliminary hearing May 16 and bound over on a charge of battery on a law enforcement officer; arraignment scheduled for today.

Frank James Williams, 225 W. Ruth St., Moundridge; first amended complaint filed June 6, charging defendant with non-residential burglary and five counts of misdemeanor theft. In a separate case; second amended complaint filed June 6, charging defendant with residential burglary, two counts of felony theft, three counts of misdemeanor theft, criminal damage to property, and criminal trespass.
