Samer Andrew Diab, 237 Sussex Gardens, London, United Kingdom; pleaded no-contest March 21 to speeding (100 mph in a 65 mph zone) and driving without a driver’s license; a charge of reckless driving was dismissed; ordered to pay $620 fines and $98 court costs and surcharge.
