Shipman, 101 W. 4th St., Florence; pleaded no-contest to criminal damage to property on Feb. 27; sentenced to 90 day controlling sentence and 12 months probation; ordered to pay $138 court costs, $22 surcharge, $60 probation fee, $45 booking fee, and $700 restitution. Minor in consumption and furnishing alcohol to a minor charges dismissed without prejudice Feb. 27.
Brian A. Solis, 314 E. Lincoln, Wellington; sentenced Feb. 27 to a nine-month controlling sentence, 48 hours in Marion County Jail, six days electronically monitored house arrest, and 12 months probation for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs with a prior conviction; ordered to pay $138 court costs, $22 surcharge, $60 probation fee, $1,200 fine, and $45 booking fee, ordered not to use drugs or alcohol or go anywhere that primarily makes money selling alcohol; ordered to install ignition interlock device on vehicle for two years.
Lauren David Goddard, 215 W. 10th, Florence; arraigned Feb. 27 and waives formal arraignment; pleaded guilty to possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentencing scheduled for April 18. A separate charge of possession of drug paraphernalia dismissed without prejudice.
