Keith Hess, 1980 Ridge Road, Marion; information filed March 8, charging defendant with aggravated battery, battery, and disorderly conduct.

Chase Albert Ray, 1227 N. Dunlon, Newton; information filed March 8, charging defendant with possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Todd Michael Beneke; first amended complaint filed March 6, charging defendant with misdemeanor theft.

Cynthia Kay Taylor, 215 W. 10th, Florence; first amended information filed March 5, charging defendant with possession of oxycodone, possession of an hallucinogenic drug (marijuana), and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Alexander Clyde Beck, 7620 S. Anderson Road, Newton; sentenced March 5 on a conviction of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, sentenced to 59 months in prison with eight days credit for time served, lifetime post-release supervision, must pay $333.38 restitution, $195 court costs, $20 DNA database fee, $100 BIDS application fee, $700 court-appointed attorney fee, and $45 booking/fingerprint fee, and must register as a sex offender.

Tyson R. Owens-Gren, 929 Clubhouse Drive, McPherson; bench warrant issued Feb. 1 with $5,000 bond for failure to appear at preliminary hearing on a charge of misdemeanor theft, preliminary hearing scheduled for Feb. 15 and bench warrant held until then.

Daniel Catlin II, 230 W. 4th St., Florence; preliminary hearing continued from Jan. 25 to Feb. 15 and again to March 21 on charges of criminal damage to property, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and obstruction of official duty.
