Jude R. Bennett, 22, Hillsboro, arrested Sunday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of driving without a required anti-drinking interlock device. Released 3½ hours later after posting a $2,500 bond.
Joshua G. French, 20, Marion, jailed Monday on suspicion of failing to stop at an accident and driving without a valid license, without liability insurance, and with a license plate. Released 1½ hours later after posting a $1,000 bond. Previously jailed Oct. 1 and 2, 2024, on suspicion of failing to stop at an accident, attempting to elude police, criminal damage to property, and driving without a valid license.
Katelynn D. Frye, 28, Marion, arrested Sunday by Marion police on suspicion of domestic battery. Released 19 hours later after posting a $500 bond. Previously jailed May 17, 2021, on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, transporting an open container of alcohol, and providing false information about an accident.
Stephanie N. Jacobson, 39, Hillsboro, arrested Saturday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Released 1½ hours later after posting a $2,500 bond.
Christa M. Pretz, 36, Hillsboro, arrested Aug. 19 by a sheriff’s deputy for failing to appear in court. Released less than an hour later after posting $250 cash bail. Previously jailed July 5 for being in contempt of court.
James L. Riffel, 59, Lincolnville, jailed Aug. 19 for failing to appear in court. Released three hours later after posting $875 cash bail.
Laramie J. Siebert, 47, Marion, arrested Saturday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of tampering with a require anti-drinking ignition interlock. Released 1½ hours later after posting a $2,500 bond. Previously jailed five times for a total of all of part of 372 days between July 7, 2020, and May 12, 2024. Previous jailings were on court orders twice and on suspicion of driving without a required anti-drinking interlock twice, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, transporting an open container of alcohol, and violating his probation.
Bryan L. Thomas, 48, Tampa, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of battery and child abuse by inhuman corporal punishment. Released 20½ hours later without bond.
