NEW ARRESTS

Jaden A. Cutsinger, 29, Hutchinson, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed July 5 to 7, 2020, on suspicion of aggravated child endangerment, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving without a valid license, failing to surrender motor vehicle registration, interfering with law enforcement, transporting an open container of alcohol, and failing to have vehicle liability insurance.

Lataija C. Scott, 29, Manhattan, jailed Friday for four days on court orders.

Michael W. Sigel, 53, Marion, jailed Sunday for a period not specified in jail or court records. He was sentenced Feb. 3 in Chase County to a total of 60 days in Marion County Jail, all to be served before Oct. 1 in increments of not less than two days. He served 20 of those days in 10 separate jailings Feb. 10 through April 5, according to court records. However, court records do not extend beyond that date. Jail records correctly list him as being jailed but incorrectly list him as being jailed continuously from either Feb. 10 or April 3 until April 8.

Deann N. Spencer, 45, Peabody, jailed Monday for Kansas Department of Corrections. Previously jailed four times for a total of all or part of 27 days between April 20, 2023, and Jan. 23, 2025. Previous jailings were on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, on a Harvey County warrant, for allegedly violating her probation, for contempt of court, and on court orders.

Levi S. Wiley, 38, Wichita, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy for allegedly violating probation. Held in lieu of posting a $10,000 bond. Previously jailed four times for a total of all of part of 76 days between Aug. 30, 2019, and Feb. 1, 2025. Previous jailings were on suspicion of possessing stimulants, a controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia; for allegedly violating his probation twice; and on court orders.
