NEW JAILINGS

Dorothy L. Caldwell, 38, Crawley, Texas, arrested Sept. 17 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Released 11 hours later after posting a $2,000 bond.

Jocelyn T. Banks-McDonald, 29, Manhattan, jailed Monday for failing to appear in court. Released five hours later after posting $250 cash bail.

Robert D. Sawyer, 64, Marion, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Released 12 hours later after posting a $2,500 bond.

Julio C. Vizcarra, 30, Florence, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of aggravated assault, criminal damage to property, and disorderly conduct. Held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. Previously jailed six times for a total of all or part of 19 days between April 4, 2018, and Dec. 13, 2021. Previous jailings were on court orders, for allegedly violating probation, and on suspicion of assault, possession of marijuana, being a pedestrian under the influence of drugs or alcohol, disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property, criminal trespassing, interfering with law enforcement, domestic battery, and criminal restraint.
