Michael A. Stultz, 62, Hillsboro, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed April 13, 2021, on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Dudte, 51, Canton, formally was charged Dec. 18 in two different cases with rape, 17 counts of aggravated criminal sodomy, 15 counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child younger than 14, two counts of criminal sodomy with a child age 14 to 16, five counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child, aggravated incest with a child age 14 to 18, aggravated endangering a child, incest, and aggravated indecent liberties with a child age 14 to 16.

Nicole R. Hardey, 42, Durham, was charged Dec. 21 with identity theft.

Dale E. Weber, 54, Florence, formally was charged Dec. 20 with aggravated indecent liberties with a child younger than 14.
