Kayla S.-Y. Gosnell, 24, Lost Springs, jailed Friday for seven days on court orders. Previously jailed seven times for a total of 24 days between May 12, 2021, and Aug. 6, 2023. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court, for contempt of court twice, for allegedly violating her probation twice, on court orders twice, and on suspicion of possession of marijuana, of a controlled substance, and of drug paraphernalia.
Darin L. Hill, 54, Ramona, jailed Oct. 24 for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed four times for a total of 12 days between July 31, 2018, and Jan. 5, 2023. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court, on court orders, and on suspicion of stalking and of violating an anti-stalking order
Kristopher L. Kienzle, 48, Wichita, jailed Oct. 24 for failing to appear in court. Released Sunday after posting a $15,000 bond. Previously jailed Nov. 20 to Dec. 1, 2022, on suspicion of distributing stimulants and possessing stolen property and drug paraphernalia.
Joshua D. Nye, 35, Goessel, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of attempted aggravated burglary and theft by threat. Released Monday on his own recognizance after agreeing to pay $7,500 should he fail to appear in court.
David A. Shaw, 37, Herington, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed Nov. 18, 2022, for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Austin E. Stahlheber, 20, Hillsboro, arrested Thursday by Hillsboro police for failing to appear in court three times and on suspicion of domestic battery, disorderly conduct, and underage possession of alcohol. Released Sunday after posting $15,000 in bonds. Previously jailed four times for a total of seven days between Jan. 23 and Sept. 6. Previous jailings were on court orders, for allegedly violating his probation, and on suspicion of criminal damage to property, domestic battery, and possession of stimulants, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia
Nathaniel D. Troyer, 31, Lincolnville, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy on a Sedgwick County warrant and on suspicion of battery. Released Saturday after posting a $1,500 bond.
Andrew F. Walecki, 33, Florence, arrested Thursday by a state trooper on suspicion of driving without a license. Released three hours later after posting a $1,000 bond. Previously jailed Dec. 3, 2021, for failing to appear in court.
Dasan Z. Wallace, 25, Salina, jailed Friday for allegedly violating his probation. Held in lieu of $7,500 bond. Previously jailed five times for a total of 60 days between Jan. 21, 2018, and June 11, 2023. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court four times, on court orders once, and on suspicion of domestic battery and possessing hallucinogens and drug paraphernalia.
