NEW JAILINGS

Jody A. Craig, 48, Marion, arrested Thursday by the undersheriff for allegedly violating probation. Released Saturday after posting a $2,500 bond. Previously jailed May 4, 2022, for failing to appear in court and March 14 and 15, 2021, on suspicion of battery.

Tayten S. Edenfield, 19, Andover, arrested Sunday by a state trooper on suspicion of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Released 3½ hours later after posting a $2,000 bond.

Derek A. Gautschi, 32, Marion, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of battery, aggravated battery, domestic battery, interference with law enforcement, disorderly conduct, criminal restraint, and endangering a child. Held in lieu of a $100,000 bond.

Korbyn J. Green, 20, Tulsa, arrested Sunday by a state trooper on suspicion of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Released four hours later after posting a $2,000 bond.

DeLane K. Kellogg, 55, Burns, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of battery. Released six hours later after posting a $2,000 bond.

HeavanLee K. Kellogg, 29, Burns, arrested Monday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of battery. Released 3½ hours later after posting a $2,000 bond.

Lacey J. Kimbrough, 41, Madison, arrested Friday by Peabody police for failing to appear in court. Released 1½ hours later after posting $100 cash. Previously jailed Jan. 26 to 29, 2018, for failing to appear in court.

Melissa A. Ramsey, 49, Florence, arrested Aug. 16 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia and driving on the wrong side of the road. Released 3 hours later after posting a $5,000 bond.

Clifton L. Richmond, 37, Marion, arrested Sunday by Marion police on suspicion of criminal trespassing. Released 17 hours later after posting a $2,000 bond. Previously jailed Sept. 29 to Oct. 3 on suspicion of domestic battery, criminal damage to property, and criminal trespassing and Sept. 23 to 27 on suspicion of aggravated battery and marijuana possession.

Brendon D. Schafer, 24, Hillsboro, jailed Aug. 15 for failing to appear in court. Released seven minutes later after posting $100 cash.

Dane L. Trow, 32, Goessel, arrested Friday by Goessel police on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Released 39 minutes later after posting $750 cash.

Nicholas D. Waner, 34, Marion, arrested Aug. 15 by Marion police for failing to appear in court. Released nine hours later after posting a $2,500 bond. Previously jailed Aug. 9 on suspicion of domestic battery.
