NEW JAILINGS

Alexander L. Allen, 35, Milwaukee, arrested Saturday by a state trooper on suspicion of driving with a canceled, suspended, or revoked license. Released two hours later after posting a $1,000 bond.

Zachary M. Burwell, 26, Salina, jailed Thursday on suspicion of violating an order of protection. Released Monday after posting a $10,000 bond. Previously jailed June 14 to 16 on court orders, Dec. 12 for allegedly violating probation, and March 13, 2022, on suspicion of aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer with a deadly weapon, domestic battery, battery, and criminal damage to property.

Michael J. Darrow 38, Marion, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing marijuana and making a criminal threat. Released the next day after posting a $15,000 bond.

Kayla S.Y. Gosnell, 23, Lost Springs, jailed Monday for seven days on court orders. Previously jailed six times for a total of 17 days between May 12, 2021, and Nov. 23, 2022. Previous jailings were on court orders, for failing to appear in court, for contempt of court twice, for allegedly violating her probation twice, and on suspicion of possessing marijuana, another controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia.

Christopher C. Hammond, 27, Marion, arrested Thursday by Marion police on suspicion of criminal damage to property. Held in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Christopher S. Hammond, 52, Marion, arrested July 26 by Marion police on suspicion of domestic battery. Released four hours later without bond.

Bell-One’ S. Meyer, 28, Wichita, arrested July 25 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of recklessly fleeing law enforcement, distributing stimulants, and possessing stolen property and drug paraphernalia. Released three days later after posting a $10,000 bond.

Donta R. Roberts, 40, Junction City, jailed Thursday for indirect contempt of court. Held in lieu of $10,000 bond. Previously jailed June 12 and 13 and Nov. 17 through 19, both times for failing to appear in court.

Willie J. Young, 61, Wichita, jailed July 26 for allegedly violating his probation. Released two days later after posting a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed June 17 to July 7, 2021, for discharge of a surety bond and April 4, 2021, on suspicion of possession of stimulants and drug paraphernalia and driving without a valid license and under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
