NEW JAILINGS

Bradley A. Davidson, 49, Wichita, jailed Friday for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of a $5,000 bond.

Christopher A. De Leon, 26, Lamar, Colorado, arrested Thursday by a state trooper on suspicion of speeding and a third or subsequent offense of driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released less than 12 hours later after posting a $2,000 bond.

Richard A. Ferran, 43, Elbing, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed April 20 and 21 on suspicion of violating driver license restrictions and failing to display a license plate and Dec. 7 through 11 on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia, failing to have a marijuana tax stamp, transporting an open container of alcohol, making an improper stop or turn signal, and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.

Curtis E. Hanson, 46, Wichita, arrested Thursday by a state trooper on a Wilson County warrant and on suspicion of speeding, transporting an open container of alcohol, and a third or subsequent offense of driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released less than 7 hours later after posting a $2,000 bond.

Andre B. Howard, 25, Newton, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed five times for a total of 10 days since Aug. 1 on court orders, for failing to appear in court, and for twice allegedly violating his probation.

Johannah R. Latham, 18, Lehigh, arrested Saturday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of domestic battery. Bond not set. Previously jailed May 25 to 28 on suspicion of the same offense.

Michael D. McCullough, 20, Wichita, jailed Friday for failing to appear in court. Released less than 30 minutes later without bond. Previously jailed March 23 for allegedly violating his probation, Aug. 10 on court orders, and Dec. 29 and 30, 2021, on suspicion of fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Derrick E, Ratzloff, 27, Marion, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed four times for a total of six days between July 5, 2020, and May 28, 2023. Previous jailings were on court orders and on suspicion of one court of aggravated assault and of two counts each of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and transporting an open container of alcohol.

Christopher M. Troy, 34, Leonardville, jailed Thursday for failing to appear in court. Released two days later after posting a $5,000 bond. Previously jailed April 14 to 21 for allegedly violating his probation; Nov. 1 and 2, 2021, for contempt of court; and July 1 and 2, 2021, for failing to appear in court.
