NEW JAILINGS

Zachary M. Burwell, 26, Salina, jailed June 14 for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed Dec. 12 for allegedly violating his probation and March 13, 2022, on suspicion of aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer, battery, domestic battery, and criminal damage to property.

Kordell L. Harding, 29, Madison, jailed Friday for failing to appear in court. Released six hours later after posting a $10,000 bond. Previously jailed Jan. 18 to 23 for failing to appear in court and Feb. 3 to 15, 2022, on suspicion of burglary and possession of stolen property and for twice allegedly violating his probation.

Andre B. Howard, 25, Newton, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed four times for a total of eight days between Aug. 1 and May 23. Previous jailings were on court orders, for failing to appear in court, and for twice allegedly violating his probation.

David C. Keffer, 42, undisclosed hometown, arrested Thursday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia and of driving without a valid license and without liability insurance. Released six hours later after posting a $10,000 bond.

Eric S. Lilak, 43, Lindsborg, jailed Thursday on court orders. Previously jailed three times for a total of 17 days between May 26, 2020, and Jan 7, 2023. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court, for allegedly violating his probation, and on suspicion of domestic battery and possessing stimulants and drug paraphernalia.

Luis C. Perez, 33, Hillsboro, jailed Thursday for allegedly violating his probation. Held in lieu of $10,000 bond. Previously jailed 15 times for a total of 112 days between June 14, 2018, and April 16, 2023. Previous jailings were on court orders five times, for failing to appear in court four times, for allegedly violating his probation twice, and on suspicion of battery, making a criminal threat, criminal restraint, two counts of domestic battery, criminal damage to property, being a pedestrian under the influence of intoxicants, burglary, criminal trespassing, and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.

Michael T. Savage, 54, Peabody, arrested Thursday by Peabody police on suspicion of driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. Released 12 hours later after posting a $1,000 bond. Previously jailed Oct. 1, 2023, and Nov. 8, 2018, for failing to appear in court.

Andrew K. Sheffler, 30, Peabody, arrested Sunday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery. Released 26 hours later after posting a $10,000 bond.

Todd P. Singley, 46, Newton, jailed Saturday for 60 days on court orders. Previously jailed June 22 to July 8, 2022, for failing to appear in court and May 15, 2022, on suspicion of aggravated battery.

James R. Spohn, 24, Marion, arrested Friday by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of possessing stimulants, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia; conspiracy to contribute to child misconduct; distribution of marijuana or a hallucinogen; and furnishing cigarettes to a minor. Held in lieu of $15,000 bond. Previously jailed Sept. 22, 2020, on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants while not of legal drinking age.

Austin E. Stahlheber, 20, Peabody, jailed June 14 on charges of criminal damage to property and domestic battery. Released half an hour later after posting $3,000 in bonds. Previously jailed May 26 to 28 on court orders and Jan. 23 and 24 on suspicion of possessing stimulants, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
