NEW JAILING

Philip S. Chase 69, Lyndonville, Vermont, arrested June 7 by a sheriff’s deputy on suspicion of driving without vehicle liability insurance and while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked. Held in lieu of $2,000 bond.

Donte R. Roberts, 40, Junction City, jailed Monday for failing to appear in court. Held in lieu of $10,000 bond. Previously jailed Nov. 17 to 19 for failing to appear in court.

Tessa D. Gray 41, Peabody, arrested Friday by the undersheriff on suspicion of criminal use of a financial card. Released Sunday after posting a $500 bond. Previously jailed seven times for a total of 18 days between March 27, 2018, and Feb. 16, 2023. Earlier jailings were for allegedly violating her probation twice, for failing to appear in court three times, on court orders once, and on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia.

Andre B. Howard, 25, Newton, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed four times for a total of 21 days between Aug. 1 and May 23. Earlier jailings were for allegedly violating his probation twice, for failing to appear in court once, and on court orders.

Amanda L. Hundstad 53, undisclosed city in Texas, arrested June 6 by Peabody police for failing to appear in court. Released 26 hours later after posting $500 cash bail.

Derrick R. Laplante, 38, Hillsboro, arrested Thursday by Hillsboro police on suspicion of aggravated robbery, aggravated burglary, aggravated battery, and two counts of aggravated assault, most involving use of a deadly weapon. Held in lieu of $200,000 bond. Previously jailed May 11, 2018, on suspicion of attempted battery.

Alan E. Overton 32, Marion, arrested Friday by the sheriff on suspicion of sexual exploitation of a child by possession of pornographic images. Released 10 hours later after posting a $100,000 bond.

Darrin W. Tannehill, 26, Lincolnville, jailed Wednesday on suspicion of aggravated battery. Held in lieu of $7,500 bond.

Dasan Z. Wallace, 25, Salina, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed the weekend before for the same reason.
