NEW JAILINGS

Shane A. Daniels, 56, Lehigh, arrested Friday by a deputy sheriff for failing to appear in court. Released 31 hours later after posting $500 cash bail. Previously jailed four times for a total of six days between March 8, 2019, and Aug. 26, 2020. Previous jailings were for failing to appear in court four times and on suspicion of violating an order of protection.

Dakota L. Dillashaw, 28, Wichita, jailed Friday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed 12 times for a total of 206 days between June 12, 2017, and Oct. 26, 2022. Previous jailings were on court orders four times, for failing to appear in court six times, for allegedly violating probation twice, and on suspicion of domestic battery and criminal damage to property.

Lacey D. Gosvener, 35, Park City, arrested Thursday by a state trooper on suspicion of driving with a suspended, canceled, or revoked license. Released two hours later after posting a $2,000 bond.

Broch A. Rogers, 29, Hutchinson, jailed Saturday for 48 hours on court orders. Previously jailed five times for a total of 65 days between April 24, 2018, and May 15, 2022. Previous jailings were on court orders twice, for allegedly violating probation, and on suspicion of aggravated domestic battery, criminal restraint, and violating an order of protection.

Carl A. Scates, 63, El Dorado, arrested Friday by a deputy sheriff for failing to appear in court. Released Monday after posting a $15,000 bond. Previously jailed April 8 to 10, 2021, on suspicion of domestic battery and interfering with a law enforcement officer and Oct. 4 for allegedly violating probation.

Lucas H. Tullis, 27, Newton, jailed Saturday on suspicion of possessing stolen property. Released Monday after posting a $7,500 bond.

Christopher R. Wilson, 34, Marion, jailed Feb. 1 for unspecified reasons. Released Friday without notation of bail. Previously jailed eight times for a total of 344 days between Dec. 13, 2019, and Dec. 21, 2022. Previous jailings were on court orders twice, for contempt of court six times, for failing to appear in court twice, and on suspicion of burglary; theft; theft by deception; interference with a law enforcement officer; criminal damage to property; criminal trespassing; possessing stolen property, marijuana, a controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia; transporting an open container of alcohol; and twice driving with a canceled, suspended, or revoked license.
